We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Director. You will breathe life into our company's marketing and brand strategies and strengthen our market position.

You are responsible for

Leading a Marketing Department with a team of 20 passionate marketeers with 5 direct reports. The department comprises Campaign & Inhouse teams, PR & Social Media, Visual Merchandising and CRM/Loyalty club.Marketing- & media strategies in all markets with objective to drive offline and online traffic and increase brand awareness. You are responsible for marketing budget and expenditures.

You are a part of

The Top Management Team at Gina Tricot, where you will be working on a daily basis in an international growing organization. The Marketing Director plays a very central role in the company, with tight collaborations with many internal stake holders. As a Marketing Director, you report directly to the CEO based in Borås.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Min 10 years of experience in marketing management and/or business development from similar roles.
  • Business degree preferred
  • Experience from marketing strategy and planning and strong understanding of consumer insights.
  • Background preferably from Retail Industry.
  • Experience from digital marketing & media strategy
  • Fluent in written/spoken English; fluency in a Nordic language is an advantage
  • A driven, solution-oriented, analytical candidate, who is a quick decision-maker and an excellent project manager, able to organize and motivate a multi-functional team.
  • An outgoing personality with excellent presentation skills.
